Email reminders are a great time saver for you and patients really appreciate the notice.

For this program to work you need the patients email address. Try to get it from them when they fill out their initial paperwork or  occasionally ask patients for updated email addresses.

From the Appointment Book go to the day you want reminders sent out for then, look for the box with a  little envelope in it and click on it.

A window will open with all the patients scheduled for that day that have a email address in QuickEMR.

All the patients will receive the same reminder that will customized with their name and other info

All the messages have now been sent.
