If you are having trouble logging in try the following steps:

  1. First step is to make sure you are using the right name. Sometimes an extra letter, digit, or symbol can be inadvertently added by mistake.
  2. Next Passwords are case sensitive so make sure the "Caps Lock" and or "Number Lock" are in the proper position.
  3. Next make sure you have internet access. Without internet access you can't log in to our servers. Use the computer you're on to check emails, other websites, etc. to see if you are connected. 


Quick EMR has a security device installed to prevent hackers from gaining access to the system where if you try to unsuccessfully log in too many times in a short amount of time, it will go into a lock down mode. If this is the case you must wait 15 minutes before you get access even with the proper log in name and password..


Occasionally Quick EMR has to service our servers. During these times it may be slow to log in. Be patient, the server will be up to speed in a short amount of time.


There are times when you have internet connection and our servers are up and running and you may still have log in issues. This situation means there is a problem with the internet between your office and our servers.  Again this situation calls for patience. Its beyond our control and usually resolves itself in a short amount of time.
