If a Therapist enters in the wrong PQRS measurement and wants to go back and change it they can, but there are two different ways this will have to be done.
The old or incorrect Measurement will still appear on the note and can't be deleted.
The Therapist will have to go to the Charges and Delete the incorrect PQRS Charges. If they can't delete them they will have to ask an admin to do it.
