If you ever find the need to recover a deleted case file or note simple go to Tools > Recover Deleted Files. You will notice there is a choice of "Patient Notes" or "Cases". Choose which ever one you are looking for. When you find the Case or Note you are looking for simply click on the Recover button to the left of the name. A pop up box will let you know the proper recover has taken place. You can now find your Case in the regular Case List or your note in the Patient's File.
