This is caused by a local drive not mapped in desktop shortcut.
Solution: Right click shortcut ( The Quick EMR Icon on your personal Desktop), choose edit > go to Local Resources tab > Click the More button > Click the Drives and make sure the C: drive is checked.
This problem can also be caused if user took over someone else's session.
Solution: Log off, then log back on to server.
Log Off by going to the Start button and not the X at the top of the page.
If the top two solutions do not work end the client's session on the server and have them log back in.
